The VSS production facility which is accredited with ISO 22000 : 2005, USDA – NOP, JAS and EU certifications, is registered under the Coconut Development Authority of Sri Lanka. The hygienically maintained factory area of 20,000 square feet is capable of producing 10,000 litres of organic virgin coconut oil with a capacity of processing 120,000 coconuts per day.

The factory is equipped with modern lab facilities with qualified staff, stringent quality control processes and a state-of-the-art bottling plant with a capacity of 30,000 bottles per day. The inherent aroma, taste and nutrition of the coconuts are preserved during production using the cold pressing process. Only the freshest of fruit are chosen for extraction in order to ensure high quality output.

Traditional ways of production allows us to provide products enriched with the pure goodness of coconuts, while latest technologies assist in maintaining industry standards of excellence in quality. The by products of oil extraction are converted in to coconut flour containing 50% of the essence of the wholesome coconut.
